Emergency Response Program

As part of our Emergency Response program, the NGO Ukraine is Europe provides urgent intervention in civilian areas hit by Russian shelling. Our volunteer teams work daily to clear rubble, secure damaged buildings, and partially or fully restore critical infrastructure, especially residential blocks. This rapid response helps prevent collapses, mitigates risks for civilians who remain, and preserves the dignity of the affected population.
These humanitarian operations are made possible thanks to the dedication of both local and international volunteers, as well as the material support of our partners. Every building we help to restore is a concrete step toward urban resilience and the return to normal life for communities impacted by the war.
